What’s Included

• Unlimited phone, email, and text support throughout pregnancy

• Access to a curated, evidence-based resource library with personalized recommendations

• Two in-home or virtual prenatal visits to explore your preferences, prepare your partner, and review your birth plan

• On-call support beginning two weeks before and continuing two weeks after your estimated due date

• Continuous labor support — emotional presence, physical comfort, and informed guidance throughout your birth

• Immediate postpartum support after delivery to help you settle in and begin feeding

• Two postpartum visits in the early weeks to process your experience, support recovery, and adjust to life with your baby

• A home-cooked meal prepared for your family during your first postpartum visit — so you can nourish and rest
